When is it a good time to make a move?

The steps to help your move are…
Step 1
Contact the Sales Office on 07) 3207 0786. We are open from 10am to 4pm every day. Visit the village and inspect the facilities, walk along the esplanade, browse the villas currently available. Discuss any questions you have.
Step 2
Secure your villa for a nominal refundable deposit of $500, allowing you time to arrange the sale of your existing home. A contract is prepared with a 14 day cooling off period and subject to the sale of your current property. Arrange an appointment with your solicitor.
Step 3
Arrange to list your property with your preferred real estate agent. Please keep us informed of any progress on a regular basis and contact us with any queries you may have.
Step 4
Once you have an unconditional contract, contact us to confirm a settlement date.
Step 5
Once settled, move into the village and retire to the lifestyle you deserve.
