Welcome to Tranquil Waters Beachfront Living. At Tranquil Waters, it is the combination of our residents, long term staff and our waterfront location that sets us apart. We have a vibrant and active community within the village with numerous activities, concerts, dinners and outings throughout the year.

From our resident's experience there are a variety of reasons to consider a move to a retirement village from downsizing, the need for social interaction, garden and maintenance issues, health concerns to freeing up time to travel. Some residents move into Tranquil Waters to secure and safeguard the longer term quality of life for their partner if they have personal health concerns. If you are thinking of moving into a retirement village seeing is believing, so come and have a look around, it's the best way to compare.

As a modern retirement village located on the water at Victoria Point, Tranquil Waters offers a secure gated community of 2 and 3 bedroom villas some with sweeping views across to the bay islands. We have just completed our building program with a good sized village of 120 villas, not too big or small. New and resale villas including displays are available for inspection now, including 2 waterfront villas. A current rebate of $10,000 at settlement will help towards air conditioning or curtains applies to all new villas.

We were recently featured on Channel 9 television program A Current Affair and with Seniors Housing Online with a view to a retirement lifestyle. Click to View Video.

Below are details of recent and upcoming events and activities at Tranquil Waters.
